Rooms and Breakfast

Our furnishing style at Box Village Bed and Breakfast is in keeping with the natural materials associated with the Cotswolds countryside. The entrance hall, corridors and stairs are of oak. Our comfortable bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with under-floor central heating, fitted carpets, armchairs or sofas, TVs, free broadband, tea and coffee making facilities, and hairdryers. There are views over Box to Gatcombe Park, as well as over Minchinhampton Common.

The Twin Suite

We have an airy, spacious twin bedded room, oak wardrobe and chests of drawers, with leather sofa, good table work space, and en-suite bathroom which also has a bath. Ideal for long stays, or anyone who needs to work on temporary assignments in the Cotswolds for a short period.

The Double Room

Our cosy double room is offered with a large sensibly furnished private bathroom which also has a bath, and glorious views of the Box village and valley and a modern television.

The Private Lounge

The guest sitting room offers a peaceful space to unwind after a day outdoors, whether exploring the many local archaeological sites, country houses, or antique shops, with calming views, comfortable leather seating, and a modern television.   A collection of local guide books, maps  and leaflets are available.

The Terrace

In warm weather, guests are welcome to breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the breathtaking views, or spend a lazy afternoon reading on the shaded veranda.

Our breakfasts are cooked on our kitchen range, using high quality produce from our local butcher, COUNTRY QUALITY MEATS, with a choice of continental or English as well as Vegetarian Special option.  Do try the Beechdene Special : hot pancakes with fresh lemon. Serving is from 7am till 9.00 am Monday to Friday, and from 8.00 am till 10 am on Saturday and Sunday.
